Your quality bar becomes our production standard.

The reason a frontier lab works with us is not that we can move volume. It's that we can hold a quality bar while we do. Quality is engineered into the pipeline — from how contributors enter production to how every unit of work is reviewed.

We don't publish production numbers on a marketing page. Real scores belong to real engagements and are shared under NDA or in a pilot. What we'll show you here is the system that produces them.

No noise.Reviewer agreement is measured, not assumed. Where it drops, we retrain or refine the rubric.

No shortcuts. No contributor reaches production without clearing gold tasks against your rubric.

Only signal.Quality is monitored throughout production, not inspected at the end.

The quality system

How the bar is held, at every stage.

Five mechanisms run across every project. Together they turn 'expert judgment' into something measurable and repeatable.

Gold tasks & calibration

Before production, every contributor must clear gold-standard tasks scored against your rubric. Gold tasks are the fixed reference that tells us — and tells the contributor — exactly where the bar sits.

Reviewer agreement / inter-annotator agreement

Independent reviewers score overlapping items so we can measure consistency, not just averages. Where agreement is low, we retrain, refine the rubric, or re-calibrate — the signal tells us which.

Multi-level review & adjudication

Deliverables pass through layered review. Items that fail, or where reviewers disagree, are escalated to senior adjudication rather than forced through a single pass.

Contributor performance & rework

Contributors are scored continuously. Underperformers are sent rework, recalibrated, or removed; high performers are given more capacity. The score is the operating lever, not a quarterly report.

Continuous QA & reporting

Quality is monitored throughout production, not inspected at the end. Every project can surface the dimensions we track — so you see movement in quality, turnaround and throughput as work proceeds.

Measurement

Dimensions we track.

Every production project can report along these dimensions. We label them as the measurement system they are — not as scores we've achieved, because the real numbers come from your engagement.

These are the levers we watch on every project. When real production data exists, the numbers behind each one are shared with you under NDA or during a pilot — not on a public page.
